You know that your life doesn’t have to be the way it currently is. It is a privilege that you share your life with me, and I recognize the strength that it takes to reach out. It is an honor to witness your authentic self emerge.
Through our work you’ll overcome the feelings of anxiety that hold you back. We focus on you discovering and getting to know who you really are – not who you are expected to be.

I help people who are feeling overwhelmed with their ever-changing lives and conflicts within self. I work to address and normalize feelings associated with the anxiety and process of change.

More About Me
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a collaboration of interpreting and reflecting on one’s life and figuring out ways to address obstacles and finding opportunities for growth and improvement. I also help clients integrate their sense of self and who they are with how they live their lives to promote authenticity.
My clients are working through various issues including anxiety, depression, medical conditions, trauma, and interpersonal issues. My practice is informed by an integrative approach utilizing concepts and techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness-based therapy, and narrative therapy.
Although I enjoy working with adults of all ages, ethnicities and gender identities, I have a particular interest in working with people of color and those who are part of the LGBTQ community.
